We’re excited to welcome your student(s) for the 2026-27 school year!

1. By submitting this online form, you’re letting us know your student in interested in attending Mahpiya Luta High School. Please note that this is NOT the official enrollment form. After you submit this form, it will be sent to our high school enrollment staff. They’ll reach out to schedule a time for you to come in and complete all required enrollment and registration paperwork at the front office.

2. There is a $100 registration fee per student, with a family maximum of $200. If the fee is a barrier, please let us know – we’re happy to help.

To secure your student’s spot for the 2026-27 school year, all forms and documents must be submitted by August 3, 2026.
